TERMS OF SERVICE
Registration Fees
Registration is free. However, tickets are subject to a payment, which must be completed through our integrated payment gateway. All individuals must register and, if applicable, reserve a seat and pay for their tickets prior to arrival at the event venue. Upon arrival, individuals are advised to have a copy of their confirmation email or SMS, as well as proof of payment(if applicable), as these will serve as your proof of registration, ticket purchase and seat reservation.
This event is organized/sponsored by TWC Media, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any individual. If access is denied by TWC Media for any reason, you will be notified.
Payment and Refunds
All seat reservation or ticket (if applicable) payments are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by TWC Media/organizers. In the case of a cancellation, TWC Media will process refunds for ticket purchased or seat reservations within 14 business days.
Data Protection
TWC Media uses the personal data you provide during registration and payment for the purpose of administering your participation in this event. To this end, TWC Media may disclose your personal data to third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, mailing houses, bulksms providers) engaged by TWC Media to assist in the conduct of the event.
Event Cancellation
TWC Media reserves the right to cancel any event at any time and at its sole discretion. In the event of such a cancellation, TWC Media will use reasonable efforts to notify individuals who have registered and reserved seats for the event. Details of any cancellation will be posted on this website.
Programme and Venue Changes
TWC Media reserves the right to make alterations to the program, date, and/or venue at any time without prior notice. If a change affects your reserved seat, TWC Media will notify you with details on how the change will be managed.
